LWC Announcement Process

If you would like to submit an announcement to be made by the church through the bulletin insert, pre and post service slides, in-service video, website or social media, please follow the process below:
 

• All announcement requests must be submitted using the form located at www.LWCJ.org/announcements. Please enter this address into your browser as there is no link to it from our main page announcements@lwcj.orgmailbox.

• Additional communication concerning announcements must be made through the announcements.

• All announcements must be approved before they are published or posted.

• Your announcement may not appear every week. There is limited time available in the video announcements as well as limited space in the Bulletin. All announcements are prioritized by the church staff.

• Some reoccurring events may be placed in the main bulletin rather than the insert.

• JPG format is needed. If you would like to submit a concept graphic, please upload.

• All announcements, except bulletin only, must have a corresponding graphic.

• All announcements must be submitted with the following submittal time requirements:

  • Bulletin – Please submit by COB the Wednesday before the Sunday to publish

  • Pre & post service slides – Please submitted at least 12 days before the Sunday to publish

  • In-service video announcements – Please submit at least 12 days before the Sunday to publish

  • Website or social media - Please submit at least 7 days before the Sunday to publish

  • If there is already a graphic created for the announcement, we can usually publish it on the website & social media in a day or two, sometimes quicker.​
